ATS History
ATS group founded by A. A Sanku in 1955 is one of the prominent business houses of Kochi, Kerala having their foot prints in the segments namely transportation & logistics, hospitality, clearing & forwarding, trading, banking, tour operators, etc.
The group started with a general merchant business by A A Sanku. ATS a family run business thereafter inherited by his sons A S Karthikeyan, A S Bhaskaran and A S Vishwambaran.
As a family tradition A K Santhosh in-herited the business and carried forwarded the business prosperity. He initially began to concentrate mainly in transportation business. ATS Cars, one of the organisations under the ATS Group of concerns own and operate all the varieties of luxury cars. ATS cars is also famous in South India since they maintain a large fleet of vintage/ classic cars, in operational condition.
Apart from cars, ATS also operate buses, trucks, tanker lorries, etc. Buses are being engaged mainly for transporting of employees of major industries , educational institutions, etc. Whereas, trucks/ prime movers for Exim, operation and tankers for transportation of milk for organizations like Milma, Petroleum Product for Companies like IOC, BPCL, etc.
ATS group is also involved in operating petroleum outlets, banks, trading, exporting/ importing, real estate, hospitality, etc. ATS Group operates few hotels in Palluruthy, Willingdon Island, Ernakulam, Fort Cochin, Palakkad, mararikulam, Eramalloor, Alappuzha, Thoppumpady etc.
Our recent activity is as dealer of Two Wheelers under the name and style of “ATS Honda".
